Get Something Started! Coming back for her second year of sourdough teaching, Mallory Young will walk you through the role of a starter in making delicious sourdough at home! With this hands-on class, the excitement doesn't stop there...create your own sourdough starter to take home as Mallory walks you through the process step by step. Learn what tools you will need to begin, how to feed your starter day-to-day, where to store it, how to bring it back to a bubbly state out of the fridge and more! Also find out what to do with all that discard and how something called "discard" can result in some AMAZING dishes for your family.

Join us Saturday for the beautiful Art of Scoring sourdough loaves. Work with Mallory Young as she shows you the various bread lames that can be used to score a loaf, and several designs that can be cut into your loaf before baking to result in a beautiful artisan loaf. In this hands on class, you will score your own design into an artisan loaf to take home and bake!
