Organic Hard Red Wheat Berries

Red wheat is the economic choice for adding flavor, fiber and protein to your recipes. We chose spring wheat because of its increased protein and added nuttiness that you don’t find in winter berries.  Unlike almost all conventional and non-gmo wheat berries and flours, these berries where not sprayed with glyphosate, making it easy to digest and metabolize into energy and muscle.
