Ordering online will place you in our CSA (community supported agriculture) drop and have your organic vegetables harvested and dropped fresh every Saturday after 12pm. Curly Kale has large hearty leaves with a distinct flavor and texture similar to cabbage. The color varies from dark green to a pale blue tint. Slice the leaves thin to add loft and texture to a salad. Perfect for tossing in smoothies, soups, salads, or the frying pan; try baking them into kale chips.
